Fix gmail pushmail fail after ROM-update





Android logoI just updated the ROM on my Android HTC Desire to LeeDroid 3.3.3 the other day. After upgrading, I suddenly noticed that my gmail was no longer being pushed to my phone even though I had heaps of internal memory free. I finally found out that obviously gmail push has problems when settings have been restored using Titanium Backup. I simply had to enable, and then disable the settings to get things to work.

So if you have trouble getting push mail from gmail on your Android device, try the following:


  • Make sure you have more than 15 MB free internal memory.
  • Go to Menu » Settings » Accounts & sync and disable both Background data and Auto-sync and re-enable them.

Press your home button to select the Full Screen Launcher as the default launcher.

To create folder, long press the desktop and choose add folder. You can now drop any items in your new folder. Folders are shown on the home screen as a 3D cube previewing the content of the folder.

Smart Distance Pro is an extended part of Smart Tools series. (distance, speed)
This range-finder measures the Distance to a target by a camera perspective. The effective distance is 10m-1km. To measure the distance, you should know the height(width) of a target.

Don't worry!! Man's height is 1.7m(5.6ft), a golf flag is 7ft, a bus is 3.2m(10.5ft), a door is 2.1m(7ft). We can guess the height of everything.

If you know the airplane model, you can measure the distance from the sky. Boeing 747's width is 72meters.

Usage is simple. Input the height of the target, and touch the screen. If the target is aligned by 2 lines, get the measured distance.

Ultra Keyboard is an advanced keyboard with many features geared towards reinventing the Android keyboard experience. Like many keyboards, Ultra suggests words while you type.
